MyQuest for Patients App Reviews

What is the point of this app? My results from lab work were sent to my doctor over a month ago and we have already discussed them. Nothing ever shows up in this app. "In progress" is all it ever says. Emails to customer service are unanswered. Useless app taking up space on my phone.

Says it wont work on a jail broken device and its not so thats bs because I need to use these results and some stupid bug wont let me

This is by far the worst app that Ive ever come across. Two months after I got the results from my dr, the results finally showed up. There is zero customer support. I emailed several times & no response. Do not bother. I will bet the good reviews are written by their developers.

Try making an appointment with this app. It just dump you over to their website which if youre on a phone 18 a tiny tiny print its awkward to you then you have to login again with your password.

Easy to use from the start -Good Design - why do they ask you to review an app when you first get it - Ive only used it :45 seconds and Bam it asks me to review the app - give users TIME to use the app to properly review it.

All I need

I had my blood test done it took months before I got my results on this app and now I got my blood tested again and its about two weeks and I still havent gotten the new results. I think because Im the one that pays for my tests, whether its insurance or not, I should get just as quick as the doctor.

I can make appointments and get my results for the first time in years. Thanks Quest.

Every 4 months I have to have lab work done. Every 4 months I end up having to email Quest Diagnostics customer support to get my results uploaded to my iPhone so I can have a copy for myself. Every 4 months its the same outcome that my results arent uploaded to this APP and emails never get a reply. I have the Quest Diagnostics as a favorite contact in my phone because I know the only thing that will work is to call them directly. Deleting this APP. Oh and to the person who thinks that lab results have to be released by their physician should learn about HIPAA.

I always get to see my lab work results before my doctor.

Its very annoying having to log on using password every time. Please update to support fingerprint login.

I started using this app when it was Gazelle, but after they changed to My Quest, I dont get results. I havent received the last 2 to 3 lab results even though I have sent emails requesting same. Someone asked why they were asked to review the app after their first set of results. In my opinion, its probably the only way they can get a good review. Save your frustration and dont get this app. Ill be looking elsewhere for this service.

Had to call in to get results posted. using the mobile app and requesting results didnt work. But customer service saw i had been requesting results over the past 3 months. They said i would see results by the next day and they were all there today. Nice to get results.

I was able to see my complete lab results. You do need your doctors info when submitting a request.

The app is slow at giving results, if its going to take days it would make more since to delete the app and call the dr office for them! Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Horrible attitude everytime Ive dealt with them. And thats after trying over 10 minutes to actually get a person on the line. Their STAT orders take up to 8-9 hours. And getting the results is like pulling teeth. Cmon quest, step it up and get some training and better customer service before you keep losing customers.

MyQuest simply works, shows me test results reliably.

My results show up quickly and I love not having any surprises when I get to the doctor office!! Very user friendly!

Results are only available if you request them. Then it takes five days for results to show up. Even worse, only 60 days of results are available. Of course, I can pay for more results, but why would I do that. Any hospital lab provides that for free.
