Why have an app for the iphone if you cant connect to unless you are connected to the internet? You would thing you would be able to connect over 3/4g since it is the phone app!

I really like to get all my lab results without having to wait for a call from my doctor. Helps me feel better in control of my health care!

The app is great for receiving results. The fact that you cant view your current appointments or even book appointments within the app is terrible. 5 stars on results. 0 stars at all other functionalities.

So easy and convenient to use. Knowledge is power, use it wisely. We should and now can get our test results in our own hands automatically. How often in the past have we had our Doctor simply tell us our results, only if there is a concern? Quest has broken down that wall and given complete transparency. Awesome job Quest! Thank you!

This app states I dont even have to request results, that they will be sent automatically. It says some states take 14 days. After 15 days I finally make a request. Then it says it will take several days to fulfill request. Finally after 19 days it says my results are ready. But all it shows are my results from a year ago! Im I missing something? Why does everyone else have such a great experience and I get crap?

Buggy at times on various pages. Also just sign out for no reason when on wifi and wifi is very stable with good Bandwith. Thank you for supplying blood work with discretion. I like it to compare it to my doctors report. Would like to be able to print pages when required. I also like that I E-mail results to other doctors from this app. Otherwise a great app.

First of all , this app is above par of other app about quick results , is easy to have results in hands and share it with your primary doctor or another specialist if you need it! . See your results and ranges are priceless. second point that really bother me is how exist people that qualify with 1 star this app because suppose it should works without internet connexion! oh please !! it is ridiculous .. the app is fantastic and is so rare nobody have internet connexion, hey girl go to whichever place and /or upgrade your phone plan ! we are in 2016 ! . about other bad review about delays for getting test results .. hey honey, logic is free! call your quest and check what happened , also upgrade the info in your profile before because it can be one of the reasons you can not see it ! . I consider this app has tons of Pros and no Cons!! ..

I found it difficult to actually make an appointment from this app, so I eventually just did it on the company website from my computer. Related to that - one function that this app SHOULD have (but doesnt) is to keep track, and possibly remind you, of upcoming appointments. That would be of tremendous benefit

Im so glad this app exists!! I love how it explains each test and gives the ranges. Very useful!!

The app is easy to use and provides quick easy access to your lab results. Particularly useful if you are at another health care provider other than the one who ordered the test.

Used in past and it worked. Tried to receive test results this year and no luck. Always shows "processing" but dr has results. Over three weeks now and no results. Note in the page says if youve waited more than 5 business days contact them and an email address pops up. Tried that 4 times so far and no response whatsoever to the emails to the address they populate for help.

Can easily use for appt setting as well as viewing blood work results. Fits my need.

This is a great app, especially if the patient is out-of-state and you need a liaison to communicate with your out-of-state Physician and you too receive the results of your blood work up..

Its a quick and easy service to use

What a great app. Received a notification via email that my lab results had been posted in the app. Very clear and easy to read things "out of range" and things "in range".
