MyQuest - Great in theory; poor in practice

Have been using Gazelle for years to get lab results. Since Quest converted to MyQuest, they are having big problems posting lab results. Latest problem is Quest is posting partial test results, does not update reports to full results, holds on Quest service desk are exceedingly long (40 minutes) & do not respond to email requests.
